COVID-19 - Update - 24 March 2020

Yesterday evening the Government announced further measures to help limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus in the UK and limit the pressure on our NHS.

Last week we started contingency planning for these anticipated restrictions to ensure that we could protect our team, their families and our customers whilst also remaining operational to support customers engaged in key industries at a traditionally busy time of the year.

We have already restricted front line staff to those directly involved in supporting essential industries.

Where possible we have introduced home working, these team members are now fully up and running. We have also taken specific measures by department to follow the Government guidance, reduce risk and ensure we are able to continue to support you.


Parts supplies & availability from our main suppliers currently remains good.

Our showrooms will temporarily close with all our depots offering a parts collection point. To help speed thing us please place your orders by phone or email.

We are also able to offer a range of delivery services along with our TAG Parts online shop, where orders can be placed 24-7, you can also browse the full John Deere parts catalogue. Visit for more details.



Our workshops and technicians are still supporting customers both from our depots and remotely, although social distancing will be observed, and new measures have been put in place to ensure the safety of our teams whilst on site.

Whilst our team are working hard to support all our customers operating in key sectors we appreciate your understanding if in some cases we need to prioritise some essential jobs.


Our Sales Team are already working remotely and most remain available over the telephone to help with your new or used equipment requirements. If you don’t have your local representatives mobile number please call your dept and they will be able to help.

Unfortunately we are seeing some disruption to supply as various manufacturers comply with local guidance requiring production lines to be shut.
