COVID-19 Update 5th January 2021

Following last night’s announcements of further lockdowns by the English and Welsh governments we would like to re-assure all our customers, that as a business directly involved in supporting agricultural and food production our outlets will remain open for Parts and Service business.

In order to comply with the latest regulations, and to play our part in helping break the spread of Coronavirus our sales teams will be working from home but are available on the phone and by email to assist with your requirements.

Our service departments will continue to operate as normal continuing with the increased awareness to cleanliness when working on customers machinery. We will be continuing maintenance and breakdown cover onsite where needed although appropriate precautions will be taken. Where onsite works are being carried out, we ask customers to please maintain the appropriate social distancing from the technicians for the duration of their visit.

We will be utilising JDLink connected support functionality to help reduce visits where we can and we will always call ahead to ensure customers aren’t exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms and are happy to accept visitors.

Our parts departments are open as normal with assigned areas to minimise cross over. We kindly ask any visiting customers who have been in contact with anyone exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms to stay in their vehicle and ring the depot, where we will serve them remotely and drop parts to their vehicle. All other visiting customers will be asked to report to the front desk for instruction and are asked to follow strict guidelines of face coverings and social distancing to protect both themselves, our staff and all our families.

Any customers exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 themselves please stay at home and call us with your requirements and we can discuss our range of collection and delivery options that are available.

Our parts supply from John Deere remains unaffected and we are able to fulfil orders as normal.

Opening Hours

Outside of our regular opening hours all depots operate an emergency call out service available from 7am – 9pm 7 days a week. This can be reached by calling 0345 222 0456.
